We mapped your existing Announcements, Events, Links, and Photos to the new DAV Custom pages.

If at some point you created your own list or library for Announcements, Events, Links, or Photos we may have missed that mapping.  Your data is not lost but you will need to look under your Site Contents and move the data to the new list or library.

Announcements will show on the main page under Announcements if the Modified Date is after 4/30/2023.  We added an Expiration Date of 12/31/2024 because it is now a required field.  Once the Announcement expires it will no longer show on the main page.  You will need to update the Expiration Date of the Announcement if you want it to continue to display on the front page of your site.

Events will display under the Our Events Calendar list on the left navigation and on the Main page under Our Events.  A maximum of 10 Events will show here.

Links will show under the Links list on the left navigation.

Photos will show under the Department Photo Gallery on the left navigation.

We encourage you to review the Webmaster User Manual as we have added some new features such as the left navigations links, announcements, and a place to upload Officer Photos for the Meet the Team section on the Officers page. 

  

​If you uploaded a photo or a document but you missed a required field the photo or document will show checked out.  You will need to fill out the required fields and Check In the photo or document for it to be accessible by others.  You can do this by selecting the file in your library, right click and go to Advanced and then Check In. 

  

Navigate to the Officers photo library on your site under Webmaster Links and follow the instructions in the Webmaster User Manual under the Photos section. ​​​

  

As a webmaster you should be able to login to your site.  Here are some things you can verify.  

Are you usi​ng the correct website address (URL)?

Are you using the correct login information?
