The Chapter Service Office is located at 5000 Norwood Avenue Jacksonville Florida 32208. Service Office hours are 10 am until 2 pm Thursday, excepted holidays. Please call prior to coming at 904-924-1710 to ensure that someone is present. Our Service Officers are all volunteers and are all disabled veterans themselves, sometimes medical appointments and illnesses may interfere with their scheduled time in the Service Office.
