Chapters: Please follow the requirements below for submitting fundraising requests.
1. Department must have a copy of your approved budget for the fiscal year in which the fundraiser will occur, as well as a copy of the minutes from the General Meeting when the budget was approved by the body.
2. Submit your request on the approved Department form.
3. If your fundraiser will go outside your Chapter boundaries, you must submit a letter from the other area's Chapter Commander approving you to hold the fundraiser in their area.
