DAV Chapter 61 Offices
Our Chapter House is located at 425 N. Vaughan Ave., Seguin, TX (830) 379-3299 and our new Satellite location in the Veterans Outreach Center (VOC) at 205 E. Weinert St., Seguin, TX (830) 402-8103. Our Chapter Office is open: Tuesday (appointment only) , Wednesday and Thursday (walk-ins no appointment needed) from 0900 to 1300 hrs. VOC open same days but no appointment is needed.
Doug Herrle Chapter 61 Service Office
Our Chapter Service Officers advise, instruct, and counsel claimants and provide assistance in preparation of VA claims for various benefits which claimant may be entitled. When an inquiry is taken or after appropriate forms are properly completed and signed, application is then forwarded to the DAV National Service Office in San Antonio for review and submission to regional VA Benefits Administration (VBA).
DAV Doug Herrle Chapter 61 Closures

​CHapter 61 will be closed for Thanksgiving from November 22nd thru December 2nd 2024 We will open for 1 week in December from December 3rd to December 5th and will be closed for the rest of 2024 from December 6th 2024 to January 7th 2025. We will resume services on January 8th with the same scheduled days and hours Tuesdays (by appointment), Wednesday and Thursday (walk-ins). Open hours will remain the same 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
